Hey, Adam! Thanks for the link! Funny you should mention Faulkner...I'm in a Faulkner/Willa Cather honors proseminar right now, and our first day of discussing The Sound and the Fury was yesterday. I enjoyed the book. I especially liked Benjy's section. I hated Jason and was in a bitter, spiteful mood once I finished it. Did you have Folsom when you read his stuff? We're reading Absolom! Absolom! at the end of the course. Thanks for scaring me...HA! Anyway, I hear it's all about Quentin, whose part in The Sound and the Fury is messed up and I didn't understand it. It was def. the most difficult part for me, which is why I had to go to the hypertext part to figure it out. If you want more background on Absolom! Absolom! go to my course website, which is (I think...) Anyway, click on the page for the U of Mississippi (Ole Miss) Writers program. There's some fabulous Faulkner info. Anyway, this is turning into a novel in itself. Stop by some night or weekend and see me! You live soooo far away though...that might be tough! ;-) Later!
